Quotations

  • Quotations where requested can be verbally given over the phone however, a supporting email request will be required, therefore an email request for any quotations will be the final quotation billable to the client unless otherwise agreed by either party.

  • Acceptance of the quotation is required by email, subsequently no completion date of works is guaranteed until the email is received

  • A confirmation email will be sent to the client with the agreed date of the clean.

  • All quotations are inclusive of labour, materials, VAT and includes a clear breakdown of all parts included.

  • There is a minimum cleaning fee of 3 hours plus the call out charge to any property booked for a clean.

  • HomeClean reserves the right to amend any and or all aspects of the initial quotation, should the client’s

  • HomeClean reserves the right to amend any and or all aspects of the initial quotation, should the client’s original requirements change or be significantly different from the actual site inspection.

  • Please note all properties must be free of personal items before the clean commences, if personal items are left in the property items will be removed and disposed of as part of the end of tenancy requirement. Unless otherwise agreed. HomeClean takes no responsibility or liability for this.

  • A clean excludes the cleaning of upholstery/blinds and curtains/ wiping & washing of walls.

  • A CarpetClean does not guarantee the removal of all staining/marking to carpets.

Invoices

  • Invoices will be raised in advance of the clean commencing. We aim to raise invoices 1-2 weeks before the clean commences unless the clean is booked as an emergency clean. In which case the invoice will be raised as soon as possible.

  • Payment is required in advance of the clean in full (unless otherwise agreed by the parties.) If the funds are not settled before the clean commences, the clean will not go ahead as agreed by the parties.

  • Upon completion of the clean, a revised invoice will be raised and sent to all necessary parties.

    • This invoice is evidence of a professional clean and will note any observations arising during the clean.

  • Any queries will need to be raised within 3 days of the clean. After this time period HomeClean reserve the right to decline any requests to return to the property.

  • If an issue is flagged we reserve the right to return to the property at our discretion to evaluate any flagged issues. In the event issues are not flagged within 3 days and we have not been given the opportunity to return NO PARTIAL/FULL REFUNDS will be considered.

Cancellation of any booked work

  • If a clean does need to be cancelled HomeClean needs to be given reasonable notice, being within 7 working days, of the cancellation.

  • If the date of a clean is amended HomeClean reserves the right to cancel the work or rearrange a date suitable to fit with other works booked in.

  •  If the date of a clean is cancelled less than 48 hours from the agreed date of the clean, HomeClean reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

  • The cancellation fee is as follows:

    • Less than 48 hours before the clean 50% of the total quotation (PLUS VAT) will be due. 

    • Less than 24 hours before the clean 100% of the total quotation (PLUS VAT) will be due.

  • Please note, if we are restricted from accessing the property on the day of the clean for any reason a full charge will be levied against any and or received funds. Restriction from accessing the property includes and is not exclusive too: 

    • Keys not fitting the designated lock 

    • The property is not vacant of personal items or persons are still living in the property 

    • Failure for any agent to release keys, contrary to the agreement made with our client.
